“I highly recommend taking Mr. Garrett's class during your high school experience. His passion for teaching really encourages the students to want to learn the materials he provides and prepares them for a college course if they decide to pursue a career in the medical field. He brings in guest speakers from different occupations, for example:
Fire fighters, chiropractors, pre-nursing students in college and different trainers.
You will have hands on training and gain experience working with different medical gear. I recommend you to take his Kinesiology and Sports Medicine classes as your electives during high school. Mr. Garrett was my favorite teacher and would always look forward to his class everyday. He will encourage you to do your best and support you as a student.”
