Monroe Mural Rededication

Monroe’s art teacher Shannon Jaffee, known for her mural on Cabrillo Boulevard with the Postcards of Santa Barbara Project, championed a renovation project of the Monroe Elementary Mustang Mural and helped organize a rededication ceremony featuring student artwork.
