Our LCAP Goals: A Promise to Our Students

We are committed to specific, actionable goals that drive improvement across the district.

Academics

Deliver an education to ensure every student meets grade-level standards and is prepared for college and career, with a focus on Low Income, Emergent Multilingual Learners, Homeless, Foster Youth, and Special Education students.

Behavior, Social Emotional & Wellness

Enhance teaching and learning by fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment that promotes positive behavior, social-emotional growth, and overall wellness for every student.

Culture & Climate

Strengthen student learning by cultivating positive, equitable, and inclusive school cultures that nurture a safe and respectful climate, fostering strong relationships and a sense of belonging among all students, staff, and families.

Our Theory of Change

This is our strategic framework: if we take these actions, we will achieve our desired results.

IF WE...

Commit to implementing an inclusive, responsive, and data-informed system of support (MTSS).

THEN WE WILL...

Accelerate equitable results in well-being and academic progress for all students.

Our Results Statement

Every student will achieve equitable results in academics and well-being.

Our Call to Action

Together, leaders, teachers, and staff will review outcome data and implement evidence-based practices to create joyful, engaging, and inclusive learning environments that foster a love of learning for all.
