Science Night at Adams School

The Adams Elementary School annual Family Science Night is next Wednesday, February 1, from 6:00-7:30 p.m.  All students, families and friends are welcome to join in for this evening of discovery, play, exploration and learning about the importance of science and engineering in our daily lives. All science and engineering activities are free and interactive. At this event participants may view the world through infrared cameras, meet local and not so local animals, explore and identify gems and minerals, learn about our ocean’s tidal animals as well as the marine sanctuary, use microscopes to learn about cancer detection, zoom into nanoscience, wire a circuit, print in 3D, identify and experience the laws of physics, and much more.

Additionally, dinner (children free, adults $4) will be available at school until 6:00 p.m. There will also be a bake sale with $1 treats.
